Do you work directly with the schools and school districts? 

We do work directly with some schools, but not with all. We assemble our kits using the published school supply lists for each school and grade level, making it easy for families to get everything they need in one order with home delivery. Our mission is to save parents time while ensuring students are ready for the first day of school.

Do you carry name brand products?

Absolutely. We locate each brand-specific item and provide the lowest possible cost. We learned long ago that schools are very particular about which materials they want used in their classrooms. We know which brands are the ones preferred by teachers, and also, we know in which materials can you save more money.

What if an item is missing from my kit?

Don’t worry, just text us at 915-247-6379 or email us at service@elpasoschoolsupplies.com and we’ll deliver the missing items to your home.

From where do you get the supplies lists?

We got the lists directly form the schools and school websites.

How long does the delivery take?

We start delivering our kits on July 9, and you will receive your kit within 5 days of ordering them, and we'll send you a text message to let you know the exact day of the delivery.

At what time do you deliver?

We deliver from 8 AM to 8 PM, from Monday - Saturday, and we'll let you know that we'll deliver your school supplies kit. If you are not home, we'll leave the kit outside you home, and we'll notify you immediately.

Why you communicate only through text message and email?

It's easier for us to provide you with a better service if we do it through texts and email, and also, you and us can have documentation about our conversations.
